In accordance with article 15 of the Law on Takeovers, in the issue of the newspaper "Dnevnik" of 21.02.2005, DPTU "IVO" DOOEL Strumica has announced an intention for making an announcement for buyout of ordinary shares issued by "Zito Strumica" AD Strumica.
