According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 20.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 60 ordinary shares, as follows: - 10 shares for the price of MKD 1.900 per share, through 1 transaction; - 50 shares for the price of MKD 1.950 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 20.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 601 ordinary shares.
