The Board of directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, on the meeting held on 20.10.2004, according to the article 9.06 of the Listing Rules, has adopted decisions for delisting of the shares issued by: - TK Boro Petrusevski-Papucar AD Kumanovo and - Zito Prilep AD Prilep. Shares of TK Boro Petrusevski-Papucar AD Kumanovo are delisted because the shares were not liquid and the company wasn't fulfulling its obligations as a listed company. Shares of Zito Prilep AD Prilep are delisted because the number of shareholders has decreased to 23 and the free-float has decreased to 3,12%, by which the company doesn't meet the listing criteria mentioned in the article 2.03 of the Listin Rules. The shares of these companies will be delisted form 22.10.2004. From 25.10.2004 they will be traded on the Unofficial market.
