Actavis Group. from Reykjavik, Iceland, officially informed the Macedonian Stock Exchange that no formal negotiations between Alkaloid Skopje and Actavis Group had taken place or are likely to take place. Regarding this, Alkaloid Skopje sent an information to MSE in which they refute this information, and state that in the previous period there has been communication and exchange of documents between Alkaloid and Actavis Group regarding the potential acquisition of the pharmaceutical business of Alkaloid.
