Exclusion from listing of shares issued by Edinstvo AD Strumica

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange made a decision to delist the shares issued by Edinstvo AD Strumica with ISIN MKEDIN101016 and code EDIN, due to the transformation of the company into a limited liability company (d.o.o.). The shares issued by Edinstvo AD Strumica will be excluded from listing on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange, starting from June 24, 2024 (Monday).
