According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 19.02.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

-RZ Institut AD Skopje- 1 ordinary share; 
-RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje- 4 ordinary shares; 
-ADG Mavrovo Skopje- 28 ordinary shares; 
-Makstil AD Skopje- 95 ordinary shares;
