According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 18.11.2008:
Vitaminka AD Prilep bought:
-70 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.700 per share, through 2 transactions;
Alkaloid AD Skopje bought:
-60 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.980 per share, through 1 transaction;
-40 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.000 per share, through 3 transaction;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 18.11.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Makpetrol AD Skopje - 15 ordinary shares.
