Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 17.11.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 17.11.2006: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 200 odinary shares for the price of MKD 7.400 per share, through 1 transaction and 5 odinary shares for the price of MKD 7.350 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 17.11.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - EMO AD Ohrid - 62 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 45 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares, - VV Tikves AD Skopje - 48 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 22 ordinary shares, - OHIS AD Skopje - 299 ordinary shares, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 14 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 520 ordinary shares.
