According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 19.01.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 300 ordinary shares, as follows: - 105 shares for the price of MKD 2.050 per share, through 5 transactions; - 195 shares for the price of MKD 2.065 per share, through 3 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 19.01.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - EMO AD Ohrid - 53 ordinary shares; - Granit AD Skopje - 292 ordinary shares.
