According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 01.06.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 238 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 42 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.06.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje – 80 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje – 22 preferred shares, - Blagoj Gorev AD Veles - 411 ordinary shares, - Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 600 ordinary shares.
