According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 01.06.2005: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 1.921 ordinary shares, as follows: - 50 shares for the price of MKD 2.297 per share, through 1 transaction; - 30 shares for the price of MKD 2.298 per share, through 1 transaction; - 1.841 shares for the price of MKD 2.300 per share, through 5 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.06.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 71 ordinary shares; - Granit AD Skopje - 13.134 ordinary shares.
