Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 30.04.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 30.04.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 319 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.000 per share, through 2 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 30.04.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep- 139 ordinary shares, - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 198 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 104 ordinary shares, - OHIS AD Skopje - 101 ordinary shares, - Vitaminka AD Prilep - 64 ordinary shares.
