Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 01.03.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 01.03.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 386 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36 per share, through 3 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.03.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 640 ordinary shares, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 88 ordinary shares.
