Non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.12.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 12 ordinary shares
- RZ Inter-transped AD Skopje - 12 ordinary shares
- Makstil AD Skopje - 270 ordinary shares
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 99 ordinary shares
- Alkaloid AD Skopje - 19 ordinary shares
