According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 01.12.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 509 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 38 per share, through 2 transactions and 150 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 39 per share, through 1 transaction. - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid bought 1.414 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 5.000 per share, through 1 block transaction. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 01.12.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 4 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.980 per share, through 1 transaction.
