According to the data from the trading system, we inform that listed companis executed share buy-back on 01.10.2020 
ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola bought: 
-150 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.650,00 per share, through 1 transaction
-19 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.651,00 per share, through 1 transaction
Makpetrol AD Skopje bought: 
-16 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 70.000,00 per share, through 4 transactions

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.10.2020 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed: 
- Makpetrol AD Skopje – 376 ordinary shares 
- Makstil AD Skopje – 5.047 ordinary shares 
- Granit AD Skopje – 1.000 ordinary shares
