Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 01.10.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 01.10.2007: Vitaminka AD Prilep bought 30 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 18.000 per share, through 3 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.10.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 132 ordinary shares, - Makoteks AD Skopje - 54 ordinary shares, - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 32 ordinary shares, - Teteks AD Tetovo - 7 ordinary shares.
