On the special government auction held on 29.08.2003, 39.736 shares of Avioimpeks AD Skopje (38,89% of the equity) owned by the Macedonian Privatization Agency were sold. New owners are: - Interimpeks Ltd Skopje, with 19.868 shares i.e. 19,45% of the equity; - Mak-Er Ltd Skopje, with 19.868 shares i.e. 19,45% of the equity. Thus, the new ownership structure of the company is: 90,23% shareholders capital and 9,77% priority shares of the Pension Fund.
