According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 18.08.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 2 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.603 per share, through 1 transaction;
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 2 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.603 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.601 per share, through 1 transaction;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 18.08.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Makpetrol AD Skopje – 13 ordinary shares;
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 22 ordinary shares;
- Stopanska banka AD Bitola - 8 ordinary shares;
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares;
- Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 29 ordinary shares;
- Makstil AD Skopje - 506 ordinary shares;
- Tehnometal Vardar AD Skopje - 53 ordinary shares.
