The company Tehnokomerc AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market, Mandatory Listing subsegment of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, is hereby issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange website due to failure to publish complete materials for the shareholders' meeting within two days of the convening of the shareholders' meeting, whereby the issuer failed to act in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Listing Rules.
