Share buy-backs sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 16.06.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 16.06.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 167 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 39 per share, through 1 transaction; - Teteks AD Tetovo sale 2.750 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 29 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.06.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 216 ordinary shares.
