Stopanska banka AD Bitola informs that on 23.03.2005 the AGM has brought a Decision for buy-back of shares, not more than 10% of the outstanding shares. The shares will be sold not later than 1 year form the buying date. The buying price will not be greater than the nominal value of the shares (3.000 MKD).
