Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 16.03.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 16.03.2007: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 318 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 360 per share, through 2 transactions and 163 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 350 per share, through 1 transaction ; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.03.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 564 ordinary shares, - Beton Ad Skopje - 7 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 25 ordinary shares, - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 32 ordinary shares, - Teteks AD Tetovo - 7 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 207 ordinary shares.
