MSE informs that in accordance with the Decision of the Board of Directors of Toplifikacija AD Skopje, adopted on 19.03.2003, the Shareholders Assembly of Toplifikacija AD Skopje will be held on 17.04.2003. The Board of Directors of Toplifikacija AD Skopje proposes to the Shareholders Assembly distribution of gross dividend on the basis of the annual financial statement for the year 2002 of 5,1% of the nominal value of one share. The last trading day cum-dividend for the year 2002 is 28.04.2003. The first trading day ex-dividend for the year 2002 is 29.04.2003. Record date for the shareholders who will be entitled to get dividends is 05.05.2003. The dividend will be paid within legally proscribed term - until 30th September 2003.
