According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 18.12.2006: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 133 odinary shares for the price of MKD 7.201 per share, through 1 transaction; - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 151 preferred shares for the price of MKD 6.400 per share, through 1 transaction; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 353 odinary shares for the price of MKD 138 per share, through 2 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 18.12.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Institut AD Skopje- 7 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 28 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 227 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 27 ordinary shares, - EMO AD Ohrid - 61 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 617 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 16 preferred shares.
