Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 18.10.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 18.10.2006: - Еvropa AD Skopje bought 1.147 odinary shares for the price of MKD 4.568 per share, through 1 block transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 18.10.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - EMO AD Ohrid - 67 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 1.556 ordinary shares.
