According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 18.10.2004: - Granit AD Skopje purchased 2.065 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 90 per share, through 5 transactions; - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 10 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.100 per share, through 1 transaction; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje purchased 216 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 980 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 18.10.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares are executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 1.288 ordinary shares; - Zito Strumica AD Strumica - 965 ordinary shares; - Makoteks AD Skopje - 44 ordinary shares.
