In accordance with the rule 9.03 of the Listing Rules, the Board of directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, on the session held on 14.07.2005, has reached a decision for public warning of the listed company Granit AD Skopje, which was published in several daily newspapers. The company Granit AD Skopje, listed on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, whose shares are a part of the Macedonian Stock Exchange Index MBI-10 is being publicly warned for irreverence and contravention of the Listing Rules. The public warning is put because of the way Granit AD Skopje has paid the dividend for 2004, which is not in accordance with the Listing Rules where it is regulated that the record date according which the dividend is paid should be at least 14 days after the day of the Shareholder’s Assembly on which the decision for paying of dividend has been reached. The Listing Rules are aimed for the investors to be timely and fully informed on all price sensitive information of the listed companies, necessary for the proper investment decisions.
