In accordance with the Development Plan of Komercijalna banka for the period 2006-2010 and the Annual Plan for 2006, adopted by the Shareholders Assembly held on 22nd of March2006, a portion of the Bank's shareholders asked the Management to examine the possibility for creation a majority lot of shares from the current shareholders of the Bank in the line of changing the shareholders structure by selling the existing shares to a strategic investor who should be one of the worldwide renowned banks with a brand name which will bring new quality in the Bank’s performance and services to the clients.
