Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 17.04.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 17.04.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 373 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 2 transactions; - Fersped AD Skopje bought 108 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.100 per share, through 1 block transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 17.04.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Toplifikacija AD Skopje – 1.312 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 134 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje- 61 ordinary shares, - Teteks AD Tetovo - 172 ordinary shares, - VV Tikves AD Kavadarci - 91 ordinary shares.
