Tetovska banka AD Tetovo informs that the 12th Shareholder’s meeting of the Bank will be held on 12.04.2005 (Tuesday) at 12:00 in the Bank’s Main offices in Tetovo. The Bank also informs about the suggested dividends for 2004: MKD 77,45 i.e. 2,58% of the nominal value per preferred share and MKD 247,92 i.e. 8,26% of the nominal value per ordinary share. The Board of directors suggests the following dividend calendar to the Assembly: - Last trading day cum-dividend is 21.04.2005; - First trading day ex-dividend is 25.04.2005; - Record date is 26.04.2005; - The payment of dividend will start from 11.05.2005.
