The Board of Directors of Komercijalna banka AD Skopje proposes to the Shareholders Assembly adopting of dividend payment for the year 2002, with dividend for one preferred share amounting 128.50 denars, equivalent to 12,85% of the nominal value, and the dividend for one ordinary share amounting 250,00 denars equivalent to 5,00% of their nominal value. The last trading day cum-dividend for the year 2002 is 24.04.2003. The first trading day ex-dividend for the year 2002 is 28.04.2003. Record date for the shareholders who will be entitled to get dividends is 30.04.2003. The payment of dividend will start as of 08.05.2003.
