According to the Security Exchange Commission’s Decision No.08-297/53 dated October 17, 2007 by which a temporary prohibition for performing all of the services related to operation with securities is issued to the brokerage house MAK Broker AD Skopje, the CEO of Macedonian Stock Exchange brought a Decision on temporary excluding of MAK Broker AD Skopje from the membership in the MSE with 30 days duration starting from the day the Decision is brought, i.e. until duration of the prohibition for performing all of the services related to operation with securities issued by the Securities Exchange Commission.
