Regarding the temporary suspension of trading in shares issued by ADG Mavrovo Skopje according to the Decision of the Securities and Exchange Commission No.08-3498/4 of 29.11.2007, the trading in these shares on the Macedonian Stock Exchange continues on 21.01.2008. According to the MSE Trading Rules, the shares issued by ADG Mavrovo Skopje on 21.01.2008 will be traded using the call market method (fixing). According to the decision of the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, ADG Mavrovo Skopje is temporary suspended from listing until 26.01.2008. On the next session of the MSE’s Board of directors, considering the information submitted to the Exchange in the previous period, will be decided on the listing status of ADG Mavrovo Skopje. During the period of temporary suspension from listing that started on 28.11.2007, all rights and obligations arrived from the Listing Contact signed by the MSE and ADG Mavrovo are suspended.
