Share buy-backs of listed companies' shares on 16.08.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 16.08.2006: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 577 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.000 per share, through 2 transactions, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola bought 1.785 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.000 per share, through 1 block transaction.
