Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 14.07.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 14.07.2006: - Makpetrol AD Skopje bought 2 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 27.900 per share, through 2 transactions, According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 14.07.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares, - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje - 423 ordinary shares, - Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 910 ordinary shares, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 96 ordinary shares.
