Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 14.04.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 14.04.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 198 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 14.04.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Тutunski kombinat AD Prilep– 102 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 1.005 ordinary shares, - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje - 580 ordinary shares.
