Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 14.03.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: 
- 15 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.702 per share, through 2 transactions; 

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on
14.03.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: 
- Makedonijaturist AD Skopje - 10 ordinary shares,
- Komercijalna banka AD Skopje- 73 ordinary shares,
- Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares,
- VV Tikves AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares,
- Alkaloid AD Skopje - 203 ordinary shares.
