Sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 16.03.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 16.03.2005: - Teteks AD Tetovo sold 3.693 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.03.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Zito Luks AD Skopje - 75 ordinary shares; - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 1.469 ordinary shares.
