According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 16.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 180 ordinary shares, as follows: - 18 shares for the price of MKD 1.870 per share, through 2 transactions; - 14 shares for the price of MKD 1.894 per share, through 1 transaction; - 7 shares for the price of MKD 1.895 per share, through 1 transaction; - 141 shares for the price of MKD 1.900 per share, through 7 transactions. - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 32 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.300 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 15 ordinary shares; - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 4 ordinary shares; - RZ Tehnicka Kontrola AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 126 ordinary shares; - RZ Inter Transped AD Skopje - 15 ordinary shares; - Makstil AD Skopje – 342 ordinary shares.
