Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 16.01.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 16.01.2007: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 40 preferred shares for the price of MKD 7.052 per share, through 1 transaction; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 10 preferred shares for the price of MKD 2.938 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.01.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 628 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 42 ordinary shares.
