In accordance with the decision of the Securities and Exchange Commission from 28.12.2004, Ohridska banka AD Ohrid announces sale of shares from the bank's eighth issue. The total number of shares from the eighth issue is 15.000 ordinary shares, with nominal value of MKD 2.650 per share. Total value of the issue is MKD 39.750.000. The validity of the public offer is 6 months from the date of the Approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission. The shares are offered for the price of MKD 2.650 per share.
