Decision for delisting of shares issued by Oteks AD Ohrid

On the session held on 13.07.2007 the MSE Board of directors has decided on de-listing of the shares of Oteks AD Ohrid, because of failing to meet the continuing obligations from the Listing Rules. The shares will be de-listed on 18.07.2007 since when they will be traded on the MSE Regular market.
