Delisting of shares issued by OHIS AD Skopje and Zito Vardar AD Veles

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 15.06.2016 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by OHIS AD Skopje and Zito Vardar AD Veles from listing on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, due to an opened bankruptcy procedure.

Shares issued by OHIS AD Skopje and Zito Vardar AD Veles will be delisted from the Official Market starting from 15.06.2016 (Monday).
