Sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 15.02.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 15.02.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje sold 9.680 ordinary treasury shares, for the price of MKD 1.967 per share, through 1 block trade. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 15.02.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 377 ordinary shares; - Zito Strumica AD Strumica - 96 ordinary shares.
