According to the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No.08-3900/8 dated October 16, 2008, the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision No.02-2595/1 dated October 16, 2008 by which the member KBC Securities Skopje AD Skopje is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE.
With permanent exclusion from membership, KBC Securities Skopje AD Skopje lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards KBC Securities Skopje AD Skopje acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of KBC Securities Skopje AD Skopje towards MSE stay current.
