Board of directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the meeting held on 15.04.2004, according to the articles 13.12 and 13.13 of the Rules for listing of securities on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, has delisted the shares of the following companies: - Crvena Dzvezda AD Pehcevo, - AGD Ilinden Skopje, - Niko Doaga AD Krusevo and - RZ Valavnica za lenti AD Skopje. The shares of these companies will be delisted from 16.04.2004. From 19.04.2004 these shares can be traded on the unofficial market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
