Non-trade transfers of listed companies' share

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 14.12.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

-Komuna AD Skopje - 198 ordinary shares; 
-RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares; 
-RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares; 
-RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares; 
-Makpetrol AD Skopje - 60 ordinary shares.
