-25 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.800 per share, through 1 transaction;
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-73 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.750 per share, through 2 transactions;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.12.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

- Beton AD Skopje - 5 ordinary shares
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 20 ordinary shares
- Makpetrol AD Skopje - 67 ordinary shares
