According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 14.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 35 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.870 per share, through 2 transactions. - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 14 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.300 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 14.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 31 ordinary share; - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 8 ordinary shares; - RZ Tehnicka Kontrola AD Skopje - 13 ordinary shares; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 265 ordinary shares; - RZ Inter Transped AD Skopje - 32 ordinary shares; - Makstil AD Skopje – 721 ordinary shares; - Granit AD Skopje - 217 ordinary shares.
